What is "Motivational"?

Motivation is the foundation of goal-orientated behavior. It is generally used for humans but, theoretically, it can also be used to describe the grounds for animal manners also. According to various assumptions, motivation may be rooted in the essential need to minimize physical twinge and maximize pleasure, or it may include specific needs such as food, rest or a desired object, hobby, aim, or it may be attributed to less-apparent reasons such as self-sacrifice, egoism, ethics, or avoiding transience. Theoretically, it should not be confused with either decision or sanguine. Motivation is related to, but distinct from, passion.
